2016 Annual Meeting

Our annual membership meeting and board elections will be held on Friday, October 21st at 7:00pm at the Library. Please join us as we look back on all that the Friends have accomplished over the past year and celebrate our members! There are two positions that will be open at this time; Vice President and Treasurer. All members are eligible for nomination. Nominations may be submitted at the Library or online at [email protected] and must be received by October 7th. Nominations will be posted at the Library for the two weeks prior to this meeting. Other volunteer opportunities include: Publicity chair and Volunteer coordinator. At this meeting we will also vote to accept the updated bylaws. The proposed bylaw updates will be posted two weeks prior to the meeting on the Friends’ bulletin board at the Library as well as on our website. We hope to see you all there for this fun evening! Desserts and soft drinks will be served.
