Get involved with the Friends!

Our new website has launched and it looks great! We wanted to take this chance to highlight what is included under the “Get involved” section. Please read on to learn about our new and improved responsive features!

Memberships: We are now able to accept new or renewing memberships completely online! Simply fill out the membership form and pay your membership dues by your choice of debit or credit card. Memberships are an easy way to support the Friends and they are tax-deductible! Friends’ memberships go toward the support of library programs and the purchase of books, magazines, computer software, music CDs, DVDs, furnishings, and equipment. Memberships are valid January through December. 

Donations: We can now accept monetary donations online as well! Simply fill out the form on the right of the screen, hit submit, and fund your donation with your choice of debit or credit card. Remember, all donations are tax-deductible, as The Friends of Clapp Memorial Library is a 501c (3) organization.

Volunteer: There are many ways you can get involved with the Friends! If you’re interested in becoming involved through volunteerism, please fill out the volunteer sign up form and hit submit, or join us at our monthly meetings, which are held the third Thursday of every month (except December) at 6:30pm in the children’s room. 

Amazon Smile: Do you shop on Amazon? Did you know that through Amazon Smile a percentage of every purchase you make can go to the Friends? This won’t change the prices or discounts that you normally get on Amazon.com and every purchase you make will help the Friends!  Just click the link listed on the Amazon Smile page before signing in to Amazon, and provide much needed financial support to the Friends.
